The designers wanted to eliminate the use of small box rooms, so prevalent in modern houses these days, and provide imaginative accommodation offering space and flexibility of use for the modern family. Large windows allow a great deal of light to enter the house.

Ground Floor

An impressive entrance hall leads to double doors which open up into a light filled and open plan formal dining and sitting room. The dining area is fully glazed enjoying views onto the garden while the sitting room is capacious and comfortable. A substantial second ground floor room can be used as a study, second lounge, TV room or children’s area.

The generous and well equipped kitchen diner opens up to a utility room and lobby to the rear of the property. The ground floor also has a highly functional WC and shower.

Bedrooms 2 and 4 also enjoy the light of Juliet balconies whilst bedroom 2 has the added benefit of its own private en-suite with shower.
